You have learned about trait and behavior theories and are now ready to apply them in a case study. Develop a case study to investigate, evaluate, and potentially apply trait and behavior theories. In your discussion, be sure to address the following in your case:

• Provide an overview of each theory.
• Identify at least three examples of a business leader whom you feel exemplifies each theory (autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire), and then explain why. Give specific examples of why you believe the theory is applicable.
• Describe any similarities and differences, providing examples to support your findings.
• Assess the application of each theory. Are they relevant to today’s organizations? Explain your position.

Support your case study with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages

Your case study should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
