Strategic and Tactical Actions

Each week, you will be asked to respond to the prompt or prompts in the discussion forum. Your initial post should be a minimum of 300 words in length, and, you should respond to two additional posts from your peers. If you have not done so lately, please review the Rules of Discussion. 

Read the popular business press (e.g., Business Week, Fortune, Fast Company), and identify a strategic action and a tactical action taken by firms approximately two years ago. Next, you should use the Internet to search the popular business press to see if and how competitors responded to those actions.
