Cost to place an order: supply chain management

Provide three viable recommendations which would result in a lower cost to place an order. Keep in mind that providing a “viable” recommendations means that you must move beyond theoretical statements of academia and be immediately actionable. Do not skimp on details(but do not make anything up either)..you need to indicate how to lower the cost to receive full credit.
