Case Study 1

Using the supplied Business Plan Template provide a Business plan taking note of all points. You must prepare a report to accompany your proposed business plan; the report should be at least 1000 words (see attachment)

Case Study 2

Following on from Case Study 1, you need to prepare a budget summary for the next 5 years. This will show when the division is planned to break even and then move into a profitability stage. To do this, you need to plan the budget requirements, then monitor and set in place how you will monitor the progress. You must budget not only sales but also planned expenses. Then you must review your budget.(details in the attachment)
