This assignment is my server-side web application development class

The instruction is contained in the zip file. please note this is a team project and i am only need to do part 2, which is write some web method and a Web Service Test Page which is required in the instruction in BlackboardService.asmx.cs,  the part one is you can look at it as reference that can be used.  the DBconnect class is given.
