In order to help ensure a competitive level of service the company is considering the suitability of creating an app for their customers to use. However, the development of an app is outside the company’s specialism and will require an investment of scarce resources. Therefore, the company is looking for a consultant to undertake a scoping study to help determine the requirements of the project.
